They installed a lovely Burley Launde stove for us in the midst of a global pandemic, and despite all the additional restrictions and difficulties that imposed they could not have been more straightforward and helpful. Kev came to visit us to advise on installing a log burner into our Georgian home.  We already had an idea of the type of log burner that what we wanted,  but Kev asked us to consider another option.  I am so pleased that we did.  We decided on an Elgar C13.  It has completely changed the atmosphere in our home, the house is so snug after an hour of being lit.  The installation  job wasn’t as straightforward as we had hoped,  Kev found a joist had been rammed into the chimney cavity,  but he took this in his stride and got the issue sorted without any fuss.  The room had been freshly  decorated shortly  before the installation, but everything was  covered and there was no need to re decorate afterwards, they were very clean.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Kev and Kate. Very rarely do you find people who take ownership of a job, and just get it done,  which is exactly what they did,  and on time.  I can’t recommend the services of “like Logs” highly enough.  I have recommended them to many friends.   My 5 year old Labrador is also very grateful to Kev for installing the Log burner.
